KJV-John 12:46-
46. I am come A light into the world, that whosoever believeth on Me should not abide in darkness.

KJV-John 3: 16-21
16. For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved.
18. He that believeth on Him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already,
because he hath not believed in the name of the Only Begotten Son of God.
19. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
20. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
21. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

KJV-John 1: 4-10
4. In Him was life; and the life was the light of men.
5. And The Light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
6. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
7. The same came for a witness, to bear witness of The Light, that all men through Him might believe.
8. He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
9. That was The True Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
10. He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not.

KJV-John 8: 12
12. Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am The Light of the world: he that followeth Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have The Light of Life.

KJV-Job 32:8
8. But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of The Almighty giveth them understanding.

KJV-Matthew 5:16
16. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

KJV-Romans 9:1
1. I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost,

BECOMING children of The Light by following Jesus and praying to His Father in heaven and listing to our conscience which is always in the presence of The Father is the kind of spiritual children we are supposed to become so we can be taken up to heaven in our translated and resurrected bodies. We are to follow our conscience at all times and it will guide us in the way of The Father.

D&C 88:11-13
11. And the light which shineth, which giveth you light, is through Him who enlighteneth your eyes, which is the same light that quickeneth your understandings;
12. Which light proceedeth forth from the presence of God to fill the immensity of space
13. The light which is in all things, which giveth life to all things, which is the law by which all things are governed, even the power of God who sitteth upon His throne, who is in the bosom of eternity, who is in the midst of all things.

D&C 84:44-51
44. For you shall live by every word that proceedeth forth from the mouth of God.
45. For the word of the Lord is truth, and whatsoever is truth is light, and whatso ever is light is Spirit, even the Spirit of Jesus Christ.
46. And the Spirit giveth light to every man that cometh into the world; and the Spirit enlighteneth every man through the world, that hearkeneth to the voice of the Spirit.
47. And every one that hearkeneth to the voice of the Spirit cometh unto God, even The Father.
48. And The Father teacheth him of the covenant which He has renewed and confirmed upon you which is confirmed upon you for your sakes, and not for your sakes only, but for the sake of the whole world.
